This isn't just a general allegation of "unsafe living conditions" and "neglect"...in addition the father is saying that the step-father is sexually abusing his 12 year-old step-daughter.
The CPS investigator has already talked to friends, family, co-workers, neighbors, pastor, etc and has done a home inspection and unable to find anything to substantiate the allegation in now demanding that the daughter submit to a forenic exam.
And to add injury to the insult...Mom works for CPS and has been suspended without pay pending the outcome.
