most people don't understand the court of law.

Court is REACTIVE not proavtive, in other words they can't do anything until something happens.

NCSM situation has been MANY MANY accusations prior to this one and then the bruises and the big difference, THE CHILDREN saying it happened.

Your problem is you have only your "Feeling" that it happened and have found behaivor to back it up. You have started the right process, but I caution you to check yourself and be careful that you do not influence the kids in naming dad. IE repeatedly asking if dad did it. Eventually they will say yes just to shut you up...but that won't tell you what happened and they may still be in danger.

Back to court, you have to provide more than YOUR testimony. 1. did you file charges when he assaulted you? 2. Pull the ex- GF as witnesses. Although they will be discredited some as "EX's" when you start getting more than one it shows a pattern. 3. The counselor and Doctors will have to also testify. 4. Submitt willingly to a Pscyh evaluation of yourself to show that you have no history of mental illness. Or if you do you can then work through it.
