The child psychiatrist is a mandated reporter and she did contact CYS about the behavior I have witnessed so they are in the loop now too. They are trying to decide if they want to investigate or if they should wait a little bit. I would prefer they wait until a disclosure is made by one of the kids because if they look at him now, who knows what lengths he will go to to silence the issue.
