Contempt charges should be filed by the end of the day for Visitation intereference and frustration.
I have reviewed some of the Judges cases that went to supreme court level and I have little doubt she will be held in contempt. although I am sure she will counter with reasons to stop visitation. (kids have been in and out of psych wards and counselor is recommending no visits until youngest feels "comfortable") But the family counseling over the phone does not work. Heck counselor even refers my husband by first name and not dad. YEP way to reinforce. WE have a new counslor involved on our end and she could not believe the way the session was run, NO CONTROL, NO RULES, NO GAMEPLAN. very poor and frustrating.
So now we wait and see if we can get an emergency hearing and what the judge will do.
