No one really knows why the legislators feel mom should get get custody, dad eow and pay cs, and that is healthy. They attempt to make all these laws to govern our broken families. It is an insane situation and we simply allow it to continue. Most people are anti government intrusion yet we welcome the courts into our lives...the billions spent on lawyers, attorneys, the cs system, counselors, etc etc.
