meltdowns, anger issues. the cp is very hard on the kids. they are not allowed to talk about ncp (i.e. i like it there, and never allowed to say they want to stay with ncp)kids are made to lie to ncp. cp has drunk for new husband. also very hard on kids. makes it hard for kids to function--they are hurt and angry that cp dominates so much of their lives and they have no control over it.

it is not an issue of insurance--ncp pays stipend for insurance coverage provided by cp's employer. cp has very good insurance. i've read the manual! and with what cp makes i cannot ever imagine there'd be a low income consideration even given--cp makes very good money.

it is all a long and sordid story...

i know that all of the issues facing kids of divorce are difficult to deal with. there seem to be some divorce situations out there that go along smoothly and both parents involved actually really care what is best for kids and make decisions accordingly. wouldn't it be nice if all parents were that way...
