If a parent is unfit (drug abuse, severe neglec, abuse, or DWI's) then a parent should be able to petition. Otherwise, move awys should be limited, both parents should be equal, and cs should take the diference between both parents income.

The cookie cutter SPO (standard posession order) is not realistic...if you go to court then that is generally the only option judges have. Don't ...proponents of equal parenting say both parents equally involved results in kids better adjusted, more normality.I dont know about u but I am not standard...I am far above standard. More involvement on my part can only result in positive. Furthermore what evidence shows EOW by a parent is correct...is the answer? NOW (nat org of women) would say dads removed results in less violence. Hmmm.
