I would start now by filing a motion requesting his parental rights be stripped. I would request a restraining order forbiding him to make any contact. The statistics are overwhelming-molestors do re-offend, no if but when. This is one class of criminals in which I do believe should be removed from society.
I would do everyting to keep him away. I am sure you will have success against him. Furthermnore, a condition of his parole will be to keep away from children, including his own.
