was kind enough to pull the cold hard facts, supreme court sides with me.

and you have to still threaten a weapon for it to be armed robbery.. so yes with a finger you can get armed robbery but if you never say or motion that you have a gun it is not armed robbery.

but if you walk up to a teller with a note stating to hand you money and make no mention of a gun or threat, you will get your funds and you will be charged with unarmed if you are arrested.

and there would be no violence nor threat of voilence so again it would not be a violent crime.
