Thanks for the support. I know I sould not feel bad because I really tried to work it out with him and just can't do it any longer. I didn't file for custody though. I figure I will let him do that which I am sure he will do. I feel bad for son because he really tries to gain attention from his father and his dad never gives it to him. I had to tell son about it because of dads bad moulthing me. I don't do that to him. Son said that dad is a lier and that I should do it. I explained that it was his money and that dad should be paying it. We are a mediation state and we will be shoved there if it comes to blows I guess. They will talk to son and he will tell them just what he told me, that he likes it the way it is. It really is not an issue for me. I am a paralegal and get free counsel. Other than the fees I am out nothing else.
