I called him to tell him that I got the paperwork from the court that he suggested that we do and asked him to please sign for it. He said no. So now I have to get a server to serve him. What a jerk

I live in CA. I had to file a Petition to establish a parental relationship and order for support because we were never married. He was present for sons birth and signed the certificate. Is this enough? He has established parental relationship through payment of the $200 a month but never signed a volentary paternaty dec. I don't see this happening but what if he contests out of spite. Do I have to pay for DNA tests. That would just really make me mad.
