My son's father and have really haven't been together since Oct. of last year when I kicked him out the first time. He's 31 yrs. old and went back to live with mommy. They got into it about something stupid and he got kicked out of there in Jan. 2006. I let him come back to my house because he had our son. I gave him 3 deadline to be out by and he still never left. Long story short he is gone now. I kicked him out of my car, I had to call the police. Now my problem is; his mom took our son for a few days to visit like she always does. She took him before all this big blow up. Now he is back at mommy's and won't give my son back. We were never married. He doesn't work, no driver's lisence. I have 3 cars, a great job, he was in daycare, and on medication which he as decided to quick giving him. What is the first step I should do? A mediation or custody papers. I'm really tight on money at this time. Please help with any advice. Thanks Jenny1
