He should try and have the court allow 3rd party intervention, by him and BM having no contact allowed by court order, such as a person who is just going to pick up and drop the child off and only say what is nessicary. If not then he needs to try again with the court and have proof of all harassment etc and makesure the judge puts in the order that what he does with child is his business not hers, We have custody of step-child, mother is unfit, not able to provide stable home, child has been bit 2 times by dogs, once while outside by herself, mom still in bed at 10:00 am crossed a street by herself at 3 yrs old, 2nd time in house with mom, then there was the shooting and drugs in house while child was there, she was injured by being thrown into wall to avoid being shot, we had 1 yr protection order, now its over judge hands child to mom for 4 days only 1 time in year did she see child through supervised visitation she has taken us to court 7 times in one year, this time step-child is with a pitbull which are illegal where we live, stepchild with mom and moms new b/f and sleeps in bed with them and rides on street bike at 5 1/2 yrs old, Courts are for the mothers
