I have a court date coming up due to a letter my x wrote to the judge who signed our divorce decree. In it he claims my daughter(5, we'll call her Sally)is at risk for being molested by my boyfriends 14 year old son(we'll call him Bobby. My oldest biological son(10)told my x's mother he had seen them kissing. I personally saw the incident and promtly scolded my daughter for it. Sally has had a crush on him for some time and was always trying to hang on Bobby. Sally was always getting in trouble for it. The attention makes Bobby very uncomfortable. He has never had younger siblings or any sisters.
