you wish to work with him I am sure you can figure a way to show current. However, keep in mind the state, or local gov't may make money off the monies collected thru the disbusment unit so they may go after the ex.
Bottom line, if you want to forgive it all you need to ask the the ag/disbursment unti how to go about this. You could accept all monies owed thru the dispursement unit then gove it back to him. You can figure it out. The more you keep the gov't out the the better off you are. JMHO
