This is so extremely ludicrous in Texas that, for example, if a CP and NCP remarry, they must go into court and get the k ... -- excuse me again -- I mean the judge's, permission to cease paying CS.
I realize that you have a real woody about Texas, but it's pretty much the same in EVERY state and that's not "ludicrous"...extremely or otherwise...it's common sense; the courts?CSE aren't going to know that the two of you have remarried and therefore no reason to continue CS unless you TELL them!
