See if there is an affadavit for her to complete. Tell her this will sve money so as not to go before the judge.

If all is cool then go with it. However I am sure SHE is not paying cs, right?

How far apart do you live? Kids need both parents so try to agree to something along 50-50. That way if she tries to take the child back you can argue a 50-50 already and may stand a better chance. You always have to looking at future options0sad but true.
