However that is the current state of oue affairs and for now anyway anyone stuck in the proverbial 'meatgrinder' must play by the established rules to stand the best chance of 'winning' custody of their children.
Whether you and I agree w/ it is irrelevant for the immediate future.. we're stuck w/ it until a new system makes it through our respective legislatures.
I've followed quite a bit of your story over the past few years but I dont remember if anyone in your case ever requested an eval (which I'm guessing you would oppose). Were you made to go through one?
