The evidence coming out of the gate would have to be pretty compelling in order to be able to ask the court to review.
If they disclose abuse while they are with her on the next visit, she may have a better chance by being able to call CPS locally and getting an exparte restraining order. But if people are seeing signs of physical abuse right now, they need to take pictures and call CPS ASAP.
