Here is a link to the Federal Register. The feds are looking at ammending the federal laws to help enforce the custodial parent carrying medical insurance for the kids, among other things.
One thing I found interesting is that the fed's view is that most states are taking the expense for carrying medical insurance and deducting it from the CS owed. In WA it isn't. It's just tacked on in most cases.
