My Parents, Paternal Grandparents, filed a motion to intervene,participate,and considered for placement on June 26,06. Caregivers attorney called parents and said she hadn't received a copy could she file for extention, they said yes. Judge extended until Aug.18 and they have been calling monthly to see if judge rendered decision. Today his office said he denied them on Aug 29. She told them she was never notified. clerk at court said they don't have to. I think there is only 45 days for motion to reconsider. Is there anything we can file?
