I filed a motion for her to be removed of custodial position, and be placed as NCP. My attorney says she has til Monday, not Friday. Just wanted to know the benefits of waiting.

Additionally, she has son leave messages that he does not want to come...eants a "ifferent day". He is 5. Anyways, I am recording these
