My husband (the custodial parent of his 2 kids) will be taking a job 98 miles from his kids' mom. So needless to say- we will be moving. How should he go about telling her we are moving that far away? Is there any legal thing that HE needs to do to prepare for the move? This is taking place in MN- we will not be leaving the state. thanks for any input on this situation.
