Victoria, while you had input you did not make the decision. It is not until age 18 you can make adult decisions.

How far apart do you live? Do you drive? Can you drive to see them more often?

In the short of it, you have been dealt your cards so play them the best you can. No situation is perfect. Obviously the twins were born shortly after the decision was made that you would live with dad. How is it with dad? What else do you not like about living with daed?
