Seperate but equal was considered by some as fair, but by others as not. All depends on your perspective. If you are on the positive side of the argument (have your kids 80% the time, call all shots, and get a check every month) it's fair. If on the negative side, it ain't.
Ask any CP if they would like to be on the other end since the set up is "so fair". They will generally say, "uhhhh, NO!" But if it is so fair why not? Then they come up with some rationalization....
