Sally needs to 1) notify her certify mail, 2) include an alternate parenting plan, 3) be prepared for mom to file, and 4) probably go ahead and consult Lawmoe just to make sure everything is in the open.
Renee, I see where you are coming from and is a great consideration. However, the distance thing would be an issue. And to over 100 miles SPO is not really a 50-50...it's what our government tells is our right.
