greetings all, I have a court date in January. My case is in NJ. After a 21 month separation where my ex was denying me court ordered visitation, as well as other court violations, the court transferred custody. Now, the court has told both lawyers that her plan is to give custody back to my ex, who lives out of state. I have followed all orders, and provided a great home and schol for my kid (she just started kindergarten in september), and now the judge wishes to give my ex another chance.
Any ideas as to how to sway the judge's mind? there was nothing in the order indicating this was temporary, and, I have a good record myself. forensic experts on both sides are evaluating the case, theirs is a hatchet man who has already indicated he will find for the defendant (my ex) Help
