A friend of mine is having a bit of a problem and I figured... this would be the best place to go to get an honest answer because this site is pretty fair.

But I will be brief because I promised not to give too many details...

The scenario is that a 6 year old child has been visiting with the NCP every week and recently has come back and stated that she never wants to go back with Dad because he hurts her. She says he lays on her back on the bed and it hurts but she is scared to tell him it hurts. Now she has confided in CP because she never wants to return. The child needs constant reassurance that she did the right thing by telling.

Do you think these are grounds to stop sending the child for court ordered visitation and get a modification for supervised? and, how should she proceed?

By the way, NCP will not return CP's calls.
