Im 15 and the father of our newborn son is 17. Our baby boy has his fathers last name and the father is on the birth certificate. We've signed all of the papers ourselves. The dad wanted our baby to go stay with him but my mom said no and went to his house to get him back. Can she do that if I don't have a problem with our son staying with him? What kind of custody can me and the father get saying that we can both see him but my mom can't take that custody away from us because of our age?
