Amusingly, in Marshall v. Marshall (the case about dingaling's [aka, Anna Nicole Smith's] inheritance from old man Marshall) Justice Stevens advocated burying another fed'l court doctrine "adjacent to the resting place of the Rooker-Feldman doctrine."
