Because you and the father are both under 18, one can presume...depending on your state's laws, that you are still under the legal control of YOUR parents, even though you are parents yourself.
Because of this unusual legal issue, it is HIGHLY recommended that you both consult with an attorney.
Also as Lawmoe said, though Dad is on the BC and ya'll have established paternity, ya'll have NOT establshed custody. So you would have to have legal documents drawn up granting him the legal right to take the child to his home.
