If the father referred to in the post knows he has a child and is not only notably absent, but running away and hiding because of it, he is a loser. I don't think it is a stretch to believe that. And I would imagine his child does not read this board. Eventually, however, the chid sill realize his/her father is absent, ran away and will likely come to a similar conclusion.
