No you do NOT have "complete control" because you STILL need sperm and you can't get sperm unless the man CHOOSES to give it to you.
In other words...I can WANT to have a baby all I want, but unless I get sperm, NO WAY can I have a baby. All a man has to do is to refuse to allow his sperm to enter into a woman's body...via a condom...and she will NOT get pregnant.
Understand now? The man has the ULTIMATE control over whether the woman gets pregnant in the FIRST place.
