That is exactly what you are going missy. Let's get one thing clear - it is obvious dad is doing what is necessary to provide for the kids. And if that means work mid shift then my hat goes off to him more than you.

Second...some parents have to work 2 jobs to make it. They get off the 5 o'clock job and work til 8 or 9 bartending, hosting, whatever.

If this is the worst complaint against dad then go get a reality check. You are seriously thinking of taking dad to court over this? What if he gets promoted, finds a better job, or maybe loses his job in the near future. Are you then going to find fault for that.

Check this out...no situation is perfect. Be thankful the other parent (whether mom or dad) is in the picture. And if you run into court with this you will probably get laughed at.

Now would it be the ideal thing for him to be with A PARENT? Sure, but he does not have to. That is my comment and now for my suggestion...get a life because you have way too much time on your hands.
