Why do the kids live with dad full time anyways? If he doesn't "let" you take them more without going to court ( this court thing seems to be your way of threatening him...if you don't agree- we are going to court.) then take him to court and let the judge decide what he/she thinks should happen. I don't think the judge will say just because he works soooo much to provide for his kids, they should live with you. sorry
