The courts allowed ex-wife to move to NH, but up until now I have had her 3 weeks and my ex-wife 6 on and off. the agreement said this would work until my daughter started school.
Well she started "school" which is just a glorified christian day care called preschool. No public preschools. She turns 4 this new years day. Do I have an argument that she is not "school-aged" or she is not really in "school"?
