The children are 4(twins) Any clue why a cp's attorney would encourage their client to do actions which the state statutes consider alienation towards the ncp. The actions about daycare and cutting down the visitation from dad on Fridays are encouraged by mom's attorney. He has advised her that she need not consult with dad about dr. appts and other legal matters regarding the kids. He is encouraging against c0-parenting. The only thing I can think of is that they are trying to make him give up....mom wants to relocate out of state so she is making every day living difficult. I agree the kids are tremendously suffering. We are going to write to congress over and over to try to make a difference. Unfortunatly time and money and the kids emotions as well as ours are hurting because of selfish needs. I am a divorced mom and my ex and I work very well together sharing joint custody and I had denied my right to child support as I felt it is more important to have a dad in their life equally if that was what he wanted than to spend time incourt over monetary values. So I know first hand that co-parentin works if 2 people have commmon goals (should bbe children's interests) and can sacrafice their need for their childrens.
