we are in NV........We do have an attorney..but just get concerned that actions are not being taken fast enough. We Know that if she moves....it is way more difficult for us. Dad was manipulated in thinking that he had joint custody b/c it stated shared when papers were drafted. To a layman..he thought it was joint. Now....he is fighting to get the joint custody he thought he had.
