then her attorney is completely in the right to tell her that she doesn't need to Consult with him prior. Even in some states with joint PRIOR consulting in not needed, merely notification after that fact.

Her attorney is HER attorney hired to protect HER interest. It is in her best interest to have the kids with her more and if they can do it by finding the loopholes in the decree then she has a very good attorney.
