He has Joint LEGAL custody...and Shared physical custody. Doesn't joint legal concern all matters other than residency. Therefore she is not doing what's in the best interest of the kids. He has equal rights to legal and health related issues. He is not a "deadbeat dad who doesn't care or is shunning responsibilities. The best interest is not being wiht her primarily....If all the facts were introduced you might agree. A paraent who beleives that the chidren should not have their father in their life for no other reason than her wants is selfish. She acts out horribly in front of the children disrespecting their father as well as myself. I have not never engaged in any converstaion with her EVER yet she attacks me verbally. Everything is documented and recorded but it ultimately falls in the hands of the judge. Her attorney is an indredibly overbearing lawyer who thrives on embellishment rather that the facts and law. I am pretty sure things will change for the better but I am always looking for more advice to confirm.
