he has rights to pull the records but as to wether he has rights to be consult prior to agreement varies by states definition of Joint legal, in Nebraska it means consultation only, the custodial parent is the deciding factor. And if it is something that only requires one parent permission, for example surgery, she can get done what she needs.

I am not argueing best interest of the kids, but of HER, that is what her attorney is hired to do and he is doing exactly that. Get overe your issues with her attorney, he is doing his job, plain and simple.

I wish I could tell you it gets better, but if the mom is acting that way it will only get worse as they get older.
