Happy New Year!! I am new to this board and would like to thank everyone for their input ...this is a great idea! Is it truly wise for an attorney to encourage his/her client to intentionally prohibit the children from seeing the ncp? The cp said that she is tracking hours and keeping his time with kids to the lowest possible so she can try to get permission from the court to relocate. His circumstances changed since the original prntng plan that was drafted 1 and 1/2 years a go and he has and wants more time to have the children with him. Aren't the courts trying to encourage more joint custody if neither parent is proven unfit?
