No, have not talked to attorney but thanks for asking. I am just going to proceed and hope that she will not be able to afford to fight...frankly, I am positive she can't. I enrolled son in soccer and told her it was $105 and if would pay 1/2...she said she was tapped, but if I could send February child support early.
I don't speak to my son about the move much. He is very happy when he comes home...he has lot's of friends where we live. He likes his mom...I mean anyone can talk up anything, making it sound like it's the greates thing. But we all know the constant moving, changing schools is not good...among other things.
