My ex is taking me to court trying to take my babies. My new husband has previous drug charges. Never had anything in my home or around my children. I'm don't do anything illegal. Will he be able to take my boys because of my husband? There's no one in the world worth loosing my boys over and if this is the case, I'll file for divorce. I love my husband but my babies are more important to me than anything or anybody in the world. Please help me. My lawyer says not to worry but these are my babies we're talking about here. Everyone else is thinking I'm picking my husband over my kids since I'm still with him. I just don't know what to do. I am really scared.
