Second...some questions regarding the "previous drug charges":
- How previous is "previous"? Twenty years ago, ten years ago, last year, last week?
- You said "charges"...how many? Are we talking multiple charges from a single incident or are we talking muliple incidents?
- What was the nature of the "charges"? Did he have drugs in his possession and was it a little or a lot? What kind of drugs...marijuana, cocaine, crack, meth, herion? Was he growing or selling?
- Did he go through substance abuse counseling or a treatment program?
- Was he incarcerated and if so, how long?
And one last thing...based on what you have said, filing for a divorce isn't going to magically solve this problem and make it go away..in fact, it could make it worse.
