My soon to be X-husaband left when my youngest daughter was 1 years old. She is now 12 years old. I want now to get a divorce from her father.Who has have a girlfriend all this time. I felt like it was time to move on with my life. So anyway she has showen everyone that she wants to live with her mother. My other two children had decided they wanted to live with there father. Because they do not like it I have someone new in my life.And I do not want to go back with ther father. they are 14 year old boy and 18 year old girl. Doesn't my 12 year old have the right to stay with the parent she only Knows. her father only saw her every other weekend. why must I give her up Because the court say that the children should stay together.When all they do are fight when thhey are toghter. Lawyer gaurdian on the caes say the children should stay toghter. But my 12 year has always showen she doesn't want to go with her father. And told him the same thing . please help me!
