that you feel like you are in control. You say "you always let him see them". To you that appears normal...but it's not. You have the contol and you don't want it to end. Why does he need you to "let him see them". What happenes if you get mad..say now that he is filing suit. Are you going to limit his access to what the order states?
Do the right thing...offer him joint legal and physical custody...alternate weeks if he drops the suit. Waive all child support and see what he says. Why does one person have to have all rights, and the other limited or none? Is it not a god given right to be a parent? Would you be willing to switch places and be the NCP? Really think about it.
