I hope you are sincere. I realize you may not feel like you are in control but it is human nature. I klnow if someone tries to tell me I get an attitude...especially my ex. However, since we share equally she cannot control me there...so she used her only options...filed false child abuse claim and moved 40 miles away with 1 days notice...among other things.
Try meeting him in a public place w/o the kids. Tell him in person you want to have equal time between the parents. If he agrees, put it in writing and send to hisattorney..in turn he drop the case.
