My boyfriend who has custody of his 3 sons is getting put through the grinder. His ex-wife has had a long history of suicide attempts and multiple self-inflicted drug overdoses. In fact it was documented during the course of the marriage she attempted suicide 7 times with the children present in the house. After the fact, she was court ordered alternate weekends on FRI, SAT, and SUN. Currently she only sees them on the Sundays of those weeks. She also owes close to 20,000 in backed child support. I was wondering if anyone has any links for Men's rights in custody battles to terminate the woman's rights. I feel had this situation been reversed, the ex-husband would have been thrown in jail, and parenting rights terminated. He needs justice, please help.
