Yeah this is the funny part. It is roughly 2 months to evict in CA from start to finish. They let her move from a one bedroom to a two bedroom so she could have people live with her. They did not add these people to the lease. Now then, she does not pay the rent the first day she moves in the month of Sept and Oct they try to say that they have this really tough case and they can't serfve her and they don't have enough info to evict her. They also told us that she was not allowed to have others living with her and that she did not ad them to the lease. Her answer on the court records is that her "roomate" did not pay his half of the rent and that is why she could not pay. Going to be hard to lie about that in court with all that court proof.
